This section provides full details regarding membership to Cambridge SkillsTap. Please read the information completely before you begin the application process.
To joining Cambridge SkillsTap, please complete and submit the application form (a recent digital photo is required). Once the form is received you will be contacted by Cambridge SkillsTap (see below).
The application form is very simple and should not take more than few minutes to complete assuming you have your personal details at hand.

Part 1 & 2 of application form
Please note that because Cambridge SkillsTap is an Employer Organisation the application form is in two parts:
- Part 1 is your business (if your business is not a limited Company then please use your trading name, if you do not have a trading name you can use your name as default) and
- Part 2 is the portfolio worker (you or someone working for you). The business and the portfolio worker may be one and the same.
Membership Confirmation
If your application is successful you will be contacted by Cambridge SkillsTap for payment of your membership fees (see below).
Once fees are received your membership will be confirmed immediately and you will be provided with details to create your on-line user account which will allow you to access/edit your profile as well as access other member information, i.e. you will have access to member only privileged information.
Please note, criteria for membership is strict and therefore success is not always guaranteed, in either case you will be contacted by Cambridge SkillsTap.
If your application is successful you may also register additional portfolio workers (see below for fees and further information).
Additional portfolio worker
Any member of Cambridge SkillsTap may register additional portfolio worker(s), who will have all benefits of a member except that they will not be eligible to stand for office or have any voting rights. Cambridge SkillsTap members are businesses or undertakings that provide portfolio workers.
Fees
The membership fee is made up of two parts, a one off registration of £50 and an annual membership of £50 thereafter or a reduced fee of £30 if you set up a standing order.
The fee for registering each additional portfolio worker is £50 or a reduced fee of £30 if you set up a standing order.
Confidentiality
Please treat all member information as confidential. By becoming a member of Cambridge SkillsTap you have signed up to the member confidentiality agreement through its constitution and its code of conduct.
